We are based in Berlin and focus on Berlin and Brandenburg. For the right projects we build across Germany, governed by the model building code and the respective state building regulations.

Typically residential builds of 4 to 24 units with a contract value under €5M. That scale lets us run each project cleanly under a single project lead.

We cost the project in full and commit to a fixed price. Extra effort arising from our own planning is carried by us rather than billed back later, so you plan with a reliable number from day one.

Yes. Alongside new residential construction we refurbish existing buildings, including listed structures, and act as a turnkey general contractor.

Construction is a risk discipline: a risk model, a fixed price, one dedicated project lead and a weekly status report. AI-augmented forecasting keeps schedule and cost visible early.
